Delivery Policy

Shift Performance Parts strives to have fast turnaround time for processing/handling orders and always try our best to get the order to you ASAP.
 
Handling time and postage guide:
Small size items that can be sent in a satchel will be posted via Express Post and will take 1-3 Working days.
Medium size items, will be sent in an Express Post satchels or via courier, generally takes 2-3 working days depending on location.
Large size items, can only be sent by courier and may take 2-8 working days depending on location.
 
The maximum delivery time frame will apply to addresses that are located in rural or remote areas, NT, WA, and TAS.
 
Express Post shipping is only valid to areas that fall within the express post zone and still cannot be 100% guaranteed.
 
Express Post shipping does not mean an order will be received within 24hours of being placed or the following day, this service is always determined on what time and when an order placed. Shift Performance Parts may use the quickest carrier/method for delivery regardless of which method is chosen upon checkout.

 

HANDLING TIME
Typical handling time for items that are in stock is approx. 48 hours.

 
Note: There will be a delay in handling time during holiday periods and public holidays.
